Calcined kaolin:
Calcined kaolin is made from kaolin material.
Kaolin divided into from industry: Hard kaolin, Soft kaolin, Sandy clay
Calcined kaolin clay is calcined to a certain temperature deep-processing products in the calciner.
Calcined kaolin is calcined during dehydration and the volatiles were removed.
Fired at different temperatures with different physical properties.
Advantage of Calcined kaolin:
Replace Rutile TiO2, for cost down purpose
Improve suspension property of coating, good stability of coatings
Improve opacity of coatings and fastness of coating film,
good scrub resistance and chalk-resistance

In plastics and cable industry: Plastics can effectively improve the strength and modulus of resistance. Without reducing the ductility and impact strength. Can also improve the performance of products.
In polyvinyl chloride (PVC) cable insulation outer: PVC plastic product can exponentially increase the volume resistivityAnd inexpensive, In the PVC flooring product can improve performance and surface gloss
In nylon: To improve its deflection and tensile strength,In film and tape use as an Anti-clogging agent, In plastic sheeting to use as adsorbent, etc.
